Madison Row is a four-unit townhome development located in Chicago’s West Loop. The challenge: create multi-level homes with privacy and flow on a narrow infill site. Nova Architects designed open-plan interiors, skylit staircases, and rooftop terraces—balancing density with comfort and natural light.
Units sold quickly, each with a unique feel but shared architectural language. The design maximized square footage without compromising livability—a win for both the developer and buyers.
